Weird Menstration

Lets see if I can explain this so everyone can understand. On June 6th, my DH and I had sex. Got my AF on June 14th, was very very light. Continued taking my birth control, until I got the sugar pills in July and still didnt get a period. Took myself off the pills, thinking I might have been pregnant. I took 3 HPTs and all were negative. Aug 4th I finally got my period, that day it was normal. Red blood, but didnt really go onto the pad at all. Maybe a lil bit, and then that night it went away. Woke up this morning *aug 5th* and there was dark red blood again. Put a pad on, and again, VERY light period. I have an appointment on the 20th, but I was curious if anyone else experienced this at all or could give me some ideas on what is going on. lol I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. But after having my first daughter, the OB said it went away and i should be fine. I've had another baby girl 3 years ago as well. No way it could come back after having 2 children right?
