Hi Jane well it was along day since my GYN was on call he had to do Emergency surgery on someone when my apt. was at 10am but they called me at around 8am and told me to come in at 12:30 so I did they took me back to his room and I got undressed the nurse came in and said he is delivering a baby so I got dressed and waited in the waiting room. Well finally at around 1:00 he came in and we talked a little first about my UTI and Yeast infection and the severe burning and also my bleeding problem so he did a an exam first just his hands he said I was severly dry and swollen and bright red it hurt so bad then he got the speculum in somehow but it too hurt severly I had tears in my eyes he did see a little blood and alot of discharge but he took a sample and put it on a slide and told me to get dressed he went to look at it. He was gone for 20min. came in and said you have a severe case of Bacterial Vaginosis or BV. and also a yeast infection so he put me on flagel oral antibiotic for 7days two a day and also I told him my UTI was not better it was worse he said to finish the antibiotic and call on tuesday to set up a UA cath to get a better result and he will culture it he wants me to come back on the 17th and also we talked about my pain during well trying to have sex he said for now I need to heal but he is going to have to do some more test later to see what is going on he said I probably have vaginisms. So that is what is going on I hope it works he said I might have to have an IV for the UTI. He also said my boyfriend needs to come with me on the 17th.
