My last period was at the beginning of July, I normally have 32 to 34 days cycles with some irregular months threw in there sometimes. Last months was different as I spotted brown for 2 or 3 days before I started my period. ( Do I could my period from the spotting or the bleed?) I have PCOS. Ok anyways so a week ago my nipples were tender, with cramps, nausea etc.. Then I developed a sinus infection that I am finally almost over. So no more nausea. Anyways my period is late and Im assuming Im not pregnant since I took a test yesterday afternoon and it was negative. ( For the record I took one with FMU last week and it was negative). But I thought my nipples were tender last week, It was nothing compared to today. They hurt soooo bad. I havent felt this kind of pain in them since i really was pregnant 4 years ago! Could this be from my PCOS. Women Please give me some advice on what to do to relieve them. I used a heating pad on low last night.. But since they hurt worse today, Im not sure i can take the heat. Suggestions please.
