Delaying periods

An_247150 posted:
I have been on my birth control pills for about six months. Last month I forgot to pick up my back and started it two weeks late. I got my period in the middle of my pack and am set to take my sugar pills starting this Sunday. I am trying to figure out how to regulate my period so that I do not have two periods within the same month. I am also trying to plan a trip and would prefer not to be on my period but do not know how to go about this.

Just skip the sugar pills. You may experience some spotting though.
