I've had periodic feelings of movement since my hysterectomy too. I chalk it up to the shifting of the bowels into the space that previously held the uterus. Also, ongoing episodes of diarrhea since my hysto cause weird movements and sounds. Those along with the urgency can be very embarrassing.

My body's definitely changed since my hysto. My belly has gradually gotten bigger and very flabby but I haven't gained any weight. I weigh the same as I have for the past 30 years and I'd always had nice flat abs. My hip bones are also now prominent from the back - couldn't see them before.

I know how you feel. They told me several years ago I was going through the change of life, because of all the hot flashes I have been having. I am wondering how long the change lasts? It's been like

The doctor's want me to lose weight and I am trying and I am a diabetic also, my sugar drops bad! So, I feel like I am fighting a losing battle!

Are hot flashes your only symptoms? I couldn't stay asleep and became very depressed and anxious but I don't have ovaries. I take estrogen - don't know how I'd survive without it!
