Unknown cause of severe pain

I started having children at the age of 30 and before that I had issues with ovarian cyst that filled with blood and started to leak and cause pain. While in labor I finally told the hospital staff that i could not have my son and could no longer push and wanted a C-section. When the doctor got me opened up to take my son he stated that I would of never been able to deliver him vaginal. One of my questions is why was there no doctor in labor room or even called to the room when I couldn't have my son, instead they kept making me push until I insisted I could not have him. Then I developed a blood clot from my C-section incision and went between my legs. I was opened back up and the blood clot removed and sent to wound oscopy where I was packed and irrigated for 6 weeks in their office and at home. After that I started having some pelvic pain but not totally unbearable until I got pregnant again. I had pelvic pain the whole pregnancy and since I Had my last C-section I have major pelvic pain that bows me over and makes it where i can't stand to walk, sit, lay or anything. I also have very severe pain in my right side that causes me to just want to sit around and cry. I have heavy menstrual cycles and severe cramps. I also have to deal with the ovarian cyst. I have undergone laposcopy surgery to try to find the reason and all that was found was scar tissue which he removed what he could but my uterus and bladder are connected. I have had two obgyn's tell me I need a surgery to take out my right ovary and my uterus but have no cause of all the pain. Any ideas on what may be causing me this great deal of pain and what to do.. can't bare for my kids to see me sit around and cry because I'm in agony.
