I can't figure out whats wrong with me

I'm a 19 year old female and I've been to two different doctors, my regular and a dermatologist, and can't figure out whats wrong with me. Of course both just tested for one thing and decided 'I don't know I give up' I guess. My regular doc tested my thyroid and it turned out fine, the dermatologist tested for lupus. ANA came back positive but negative for lupus, at least whats what I understand from what she told me.
Anyways I've had this problem for 2 years now.
All year long for both years my hair has been thinning then when it gets to June/July I loose a lot of weight, my boobs shrink, and my hair sheds even more than it has been all year, and now I've been getting chest pains in my sternum.. but I don't think that has anything to do with it.. I change nothing in my diet or exercise, I'm not stressed out (other than about whats happening). It always starts with my boobs shrinking an entire cup size, then I'll loose about 10 lbs in a matter of days, then my hair will shed real excessively. I have more of my own hair on me than my dogs most of the time, and probably have about 1/4 of my hair left. No matter what I try I can't gain the weight back, same problem last year. Then magically last year everything (except the hair) corrected itself late September, November. Only difference I have this year is my boobs wont stop shrinking.. and its making me a bit sad.

Anyways I have no clue what it is or what else to do. My boyfriend keeps saying its thyroid but I already got that tested and my thyroid came back fine.

Please help, this is a bit depressing and annoying. I just want to fix it.
