So I had mirena for 7 months and during that time I had light spotting occasionally but no full on period. Now that I have had mirena removed there has been no spotting or bleeding of any kind. I have had mirena out for 3 weeks so when will I get my period? I have had unprotected sex could I be pregnant before my period had a chance to return?
I have taken a test but the results were negative.

It can take some time for your cycle to normalize; 3 weeks isn't very long. The pregnancy test should be accurate.

I also just had my Mirena out after 18 months 8/8. I had some small bleeding and got my first proper period today 9/3. You could theoretically get pregnant but maybe one's body needs a full cycle first, mine did last time before we had our son.
