Weird movement in my tummy

Hi im 24 and have a 4 year old and i have been gettin the same thing as all of you. I went to my doctor i have polosystic ovaries but never told my doctor about this weird movement in my tummy it has been goin on for a year and a half now im not pregnant i done ultra sound and pregnancy test but all negative and blood test im goin crazy i wanna know wat is going on in my tummy if anyone knows what it is plz let me know its happening now its scary I'd love to know whats going on and im glad im not the only one thats experiencing this i thought i was the only one haha
