I am just shy of 43 and my periods just last month started coming closer together. I always had my periods on on the same date of each month, like the 18th or something like that. Then, last month, it came 5 days early and now this month, it is 4 days earlier than last month. I start having premenstrual symptoms, like extreme breast tenderness, almost immediately after my period stops. Am I starting menopause?!?!?! If so, what should I be doing to supplement my body. I have bone problems now and my mother is a mess with osteoporosis, scoliosis, and fibromyalgia. I feel sore alot and am afraid I'm going to have any earlier onset of that stuff than my mother did. Please help. Thank you!
