I'm looking for advice on what to do or what might be the cause of my problems, im 19 years old and exhausted, i have seen multiple specialist and have had countless procedures done, with no results, so please help if you can!
For about five years now I have had moderate to severe pain in my lower abdomen and pelvic region. My periods have always been very painful and irregular, however birth control does help control those symptoms. They always range from heavy to light, and I do pass clots.
I also have severe IBS and all the symptoms that come with it including: Irregular bowel habits ( I can be constipated for several days, then when i'm relieved I'll have diarrhea for about three days, and then the cycle starts again, its rare to have normal bowel movements ) I'm often bloated which causes pressure and more pain. It is normal for me to be in pain while having a bowel movement. Gas is an annoying symptom, I can feel when placing my hand over my abdomen the gas "bubbling" and it is very uncomfortable. Usually before i have a bowel movement I have a sharp stabbing pain in my rectal area that is unbearable at times. My doctor has told me I have an over sensitive colon, so Im able to feel things that normally I shouldn't. All in all, as many people know, IBS is an annoying, uncomfortable, and extremely difficult to deal with. No treatments have helped my symptoms.
I also have symptoms related to over active bladder syndrome. As a child and a young adult I have problems holding my pee when laughing or jumping, but i never wet the bed. In a split second I can go from everythings normal to if I dont reach a bathroom now I'm going to wet myself. This problem also comes with symptoms that relate to a UTI, however upon screening it has always been negative.

Unfortunately it also effects my sex life, intercourse can be very painful, and lately I've noticed vaginal bleeding after sex.

Almost every doctor I have seen has told me that all of my symptoms point to Endometriosis, and after a lot of encouraging I gave in and had the surgical laproscopy to remove the tissue that was causing problems, but the doctors during the surgery found absolutely NOTHING! They were 100% dumbfounded, and I was left untreated and dealing with healing after a pointless 9 hour surgery.

To my doctors I am now just a girl with IBS, OAB, and really bad periods, and after five years of being a lab rat, no one has any explanation and NO TREATMENT, so I'm forced to live with the pain and symptoms.

I can't help but think that there is a bigger picture, and I'll do anything to try and relieve even a fraction of my symptoms, PLEASE HELP!
