The signs of menopause after hysterectomy would be similar to those of going through natural menopause although they may be more severe. Here's a list - http://www.project-aware.org/Experience/symptoms.shtml.

Studies show that women who've had a hysterectomy go through menopause about 4 years earlier than intact women. Also, the ovaries can fail or slow hormone production at any time after hysterectomy.
