Provera and no period after 20+days

Was on TriNessa BC pill for about 6months & hated it because it gave me horrible headaches. At the end of my time on the pill I was only taking them to suppress/stop my periods from coming (So I'm sure I messed something up) Anyway.. after stopping pill completely I had some non-stop bleeding so my doc put me on Provera 10mg/10days to stop the bleeding. After 2 days on the pill the bleeding had stopped. My doc said that I would get a regular period after taking completely my 10days of Provera. 21 days later after taking the last pill, still nothing. Not pregnant says 2 HPTs. U/s proves that my lining looks good. Whats going on?? My doctor doesn't seem too worried about it but I am. I'm 25yo, never had irregular periods, always regular 28day cycle. HELP!!! I really thought I was pregnant & wouldn't mind being, but I really want some answers!!
