Hello Jane,

Is baking soda bad for drinking? I drink it sometimes when I have constipation or feeling bloated. I wonder if there are any serious side effects?

Other than it being a good source of sodium (which might be an issue for folks on sodium restricted diets) the occasional use of this won't harm you.
