Okay so, I had a normal period that ended about sept 4/5 and on sept 15 I started having symptoms of having another period. I went to the bathrooma and sure enough, i have my period again or so it seems. It seems like it is a little heavier than usual and also i have still have cramping. I don't know what is going on.

You are not having a second period, you are having abnormal vaginal bleeding and it needs to get checked out by a doctor.
