Period Changes

Starchild posted:
I normally have a heavier flow than I have been having. My daughter who is 12 started her period and mine became all wacked out. I used to have mine every 28 days like clock work, now it is between 25-30 days and not as heavy some months as others which is not normal for me. I recently started working out at teh gym about 3 weeks ago and was wondering if working out could effect my period flow. I got my perios on September 29, 2012, bleed a little, then since then barely a smear of blood.

Can anyone help me with this?
