Hi all, I'm just wondering if my OBGYN is the best person to talk to about an anal hemorrhoid? I have my yearly vaginal exam coming up and figured it would nice to get it all taken care of at one place.. any advice is greatly appreciated.

If the hemorrhoid requires surgical removal, our OBGYN would likely refer you to the appropriate gastroenterologist or surgeon.
