Ovulated but no period?
avatar
TTCliz posted:
I have PCOS and did my first round with Clomid. According to a home ovulation predictor kit, my LH surge occurred on day 12. However, after 4 negative home pregnancy tests I have still not started my period. I am 45+ days out from the start of my last period. Anybody have any ideas as to why my period did not start even though I had a positive LH surge?

You may have not actually ovulated. Many years ago, I was on Clomid too. I got the LH surge according to my ovulation predictor kit but when I went in and they did an ultrasound, there were several follicles but they were all too small.
