would like to know if the Fibroids come back once you have the surgery. I had the surgery done in 2002, Im still having abdominal pain and it feels like when I was in pain before surgery, could be scare tissue?

Fibroids usually only grow in the uterus and if your uterus was removed, there's no place for them to grow.

It could be scar tissue. If the pain is severe, see your doctor.
