Im taking birth control ortho trycline lo - been on it for over 2 years now. I take it every day at the same time - i never miss a pill - Im very careful about that. My boyfriend and I were messing around (10/14/12) but he didnt go all the way into me (just a little penetration) and didnt have a condom on. And he DID NOT ejculate in me!! Im suppose to get my period on the 24/25th of this month and Im already getting symptoms - little nausea, breast tenderness, cramping. My last period started sept 26 and according to my fertility calulator I was past my fertile days. What are the chances of me being/getting pregnant?!? I think its very low, but I wanted an expert opinion to put my mind at ease. Thank you!

Birth control, when taken accurately (as you have) is extremely effective at preventing pregnancy.

Your chances of pregnancy from what you describe is absolutely nil.

Thank you so much Gail! I thought that was the case, but like I said it's always good to get another opinion to put your mind at ease...

In addition to what Gail said, when you are on the pill you do not have fertile days because the pill stops you from ovulating.
