Hi Jane well I saw my Vaginl PT. on friday and you know what she said I was so red and swollen she couldn't believe it she actually was going to page my GYN from Iowa City she didn't get ahold of her and it was almost 5pm since my apt took alongtime well anyways she did a few massage type stuff there and also looked very closly at my labia and then I got dressed and she had me pull my pants down past my painful inscion area on the lower pelvic area and did some poking around I had to tell her when it hurt and then she did deep massages which didn't hurt and afterwords it actually made me feel better she said she could actually feel that the inscion was very deep. Then she had me do some of my excersizes and is having me come back once a week and my apt's last about an hour or longer she said next time she might have to use a small speculum to do some other stuff. Well that night I started itching big time oh I forgot to mention the day before when I had my physical that ARNP said there was no redness so I must be scratching my sleep long story short I cried for three hours last night because it hurts so bad and itches and now is bleeding and I can't stop itching I looked down there and it looks really bad so I am going to try to get into my GYN or regular doc in the morning because I can't take the pain anymore I mean Jane it looks so bad and hurts I can't even touch it I also have to use the peri rinse bottle instead of toliet paper when peeing then pat dry and add vasoline everytime.
