Abnormal periods After being very regular
    mommy2babyjnl posted:
I have a question about my periods. I have always been regular every 28 days i can almost predict within a day or 2 of when it will start. This is of course except when i was pregnant and after a misscarriage they were very irregular but came back to normal after a year or so.
My miscarriage was about 3 years ago. I have my period 3 weeks ago which was a regular period. I always have horrible cramps ad heavy bleeding. My periods usually only last 2-3 days and then done. About 10 days ago i had a moderate pelvic pain for a few days and it cleared up last week mid week. friday out of the blue just started bleeding very heavily and now on day 5 still very very heavily and clotting nicle to some quarter size clots and terrible cramping off and on. I am wondering if this can be normal? Should i call the doctor? or what could cause this.
    I am also diabetic.

This is not normal...and this isn't a menstrual period either.

It would be an excellent idea to get this looked into medically.
