Hi i am 59 years old and haven't had a period for about 7 years but in the past 3 months i have been discharging blood . and i am also having pain on my right ovarie. should i worry or is this normal i have no insurance so i can't go to see a dr. i have lost about 50 pounds in the last year and have another 50 pounds to go i go to the gym 4 times a week and i feel good . but i'm getting kind of scared about this dicharging blood. should i worry?

Yes, you definitely should worry. Bleeding after going through menopause is not normal and needs to be checked out. It may sound strange but look for a Planned Parenthood in your area. I'm pretty sure they provide low-cost gyn services.
