Okay I know that this may sound foolish, but I'm really curious. I had sex last Sunday with my husband. I started my period today. Is there anyway I could be pregnant and still be having my period since it was so close to my last sexual encounter?

Possibly IF you were ovulating at the time of your unprotected intercourse AND conception took place (which occurs in the fallopian tubes) but the fertilized ovum has not yet implanted in your uterus.

Until implantation takes place, the body is unaware that conception has happened.
