In respionse to Dana_Marie: The fedewral government lists diet, health, and fitness information that is reviewed by experts and based on science. The health Resources and Services Administration has free materials that you can have mailed to you or you can read online. A good series of publications for womem of all ages is Bright Futures. I would recommemd is "My Bright Future: Physical Activity and Healthy Eating" available at www.ask.hrsa.gov
