pelvic pain

Hi,

It may be nothing, but I find that I get regular pelvic pain. I have been tested a while back and it all was fine.
Sometimes I know its constipation, other times it doesnt feel like intestinal and I just get little stabs in the lower pelvis area, I know it isnt PMS or ovulation (i have irregular cycles and just know it can't be this due to timing). I know just before my period I get worse stabbing pains (and other pms symptoms).
Is it just gas?

Possibly. There may also be other GI issues causing this.
