    I usually have really light periods, and this morning I woke up around one .. I have blood in my pad, in my shorts, and on my sheets, like it ran down my behind .. This isn't normal for me! Please help?

    If it continues, see your doctor ASAP. If it was just a one-time thing, I wouldn't worry.
