My partner and I are trying to have a baby. I'm 2 weeks late. All home pregnancy test say no. Tomorrow is our doctor app. Should I get my hopes up?

You may have just not ovulated and no ovulation usually means no period. It's common and will happen at least once to most women during their reproductive years.

It's also possible you are pregnant and just not showing on the tests.
