Trying to start taking vitamins and supplements to aid in die and health
sylvia2555 posted:
Is it ok to take the following pills and dosages? Vitamin E 300mg, Flax seed 200mg and Fish oil 300mg? Can they be taken together? Separate? Are there any side affects of taking these together? Just looking for some direction. I already take a multi-vitamin everyday and a probiotic for digestion and singular for allergies. I do not take any of medication or over the counter drugs. I take the vitamin andprobiotic in the am and the singular at night. I just want to make sure I fit these 3 new pills in correctly and at the correct dosage.
georgiagail responded:
Yes, it's fine to take these, although it's likely your multivitamin already contains vitamin E.

You ask if you are taking these in the correct dosage. What is your reason for taking them in the first place?

Here's an article you might find interesting - the subject is overuse of vitamins
