Irregular Periods

So for about 3 months my period came on early in the month then again in about 2.5 weeks...2 a month, and now my period has been ongoing heavy for 8 straight days...I am 36 years old and I think too early to start worrying about menopause...any suggestions?

This is not menopause (which is the cessation of menstruation, not frequent bleeding). And this is not a menstrual period. This is abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Since you were good enough to post sources of Planned Parenthood Organizations, you are getting this abnormal vaginal bleeding looked into, aren't you.
