Hello I need advice! 3 years ago i had my tubes tied after my daughter was born. (but the Dr. said she was unsure/didnt remember if she even did the procedure, but she knew for a fact that she signed the paper work!) well WE thought that i wouldn't be able to get pregnant again, well in March i had 2 positive HPTs and in April i miscarried,I didn't go to the dr. for a D&C I couldn't do anything. Now i missed the entire month of july i should have had my cycle July 15th -19th but it never came, I have had all the same symptoms as i did in March, but my HPT's i have taken have come up negative! I have the missed cycle, cravings, weight gain (not just flabby fat either my belly is rounding out), mood swings, high sex drive, my 3 year old has even said something about her baby sister, we havent talked about it in front of her! IF im not pregnant what could cause all of this? I am 25yrs old and in good health.

Sometimes a woman will no ovulate and usually no ovulation means no period. It's common and will happen to most women at least once during their reproductive years. Also, just because it's ever happened to you doesn't mean it can't/won't.

There is also the chance that you are pregnant and not showing on the tests.

I'd wait and see if you get your period for August and if you don't and you continue to get negative results, see your doctor.
