Hi, I have a yearly bout with kidney stones. Sometimes they need to be surgically removed.
I just discovered that I need to lower HIGH Oxalate foods.

These happen to be foods that I've been eating to lower my Cholesterol.
Does anyone have any recomended diets that will help with cholesterol and not include high Oxalate foods?

Thank you.
