I started my period oct. 2nd. it was typical 7 day heavy. yesterday, oct 23, i started again very very heavy. very very painful. not sure whether to go to the hospital. my tubes are tied and have been since 2001 so i dont think it could be a miscarriage.

How far apart are your menstrual cycles normally.

The typical cycle can range from 21 to 35 days; this month would place you at the 21 day mark.
