I recently had sex and the condom fell off and got stuck inside me. I felt for the condom but didn't feel it andI figured it wasn't inside of me. I took plan B to be safe, but the condom fell out of me the next day and got everywhere. Will Plan B prevent me from pregnancy even if I took the pill the day before I came in contact with the sperm?

Plan B works by stopping ovulation. Thus, it is effective even if you came in contact with sperm the day after you took it. However, remember that there are women who become pregnant even after taking Plan B (these would be women who have already very recently ovulated at the time of the unprotected intercourse).
