    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Is this something you have been reading about and worrying over or something you have been diagnosed with?

Gail- I was diagnosed with the SiBO as we discussed. My sis is in the medical field and we were discussing my enlarged spleen. She said the spleen is reacting to something, then we got on the topic of leaky gut issues. I did research that SIBo can lead to a leaky gut. I have to follow up with the Gi anyway, but am now curious if this is to be a situation for me, would the toxins and such that are leaking out- what kind of risk could that pose on the pregnancy, if any at all.

Why don't you find out if you have this syndrome first.

I will be calling for my GI f/up appt, but I am just curious what affects this could have on a pregnancy, if by chance this was an issue.
