    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

i had my son feb. 20th of this year.. and since about 4 days of having him, i started getting chills, abdominal pain, crotch pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, low grade fever, and back pain and the feeling of when i cough something moves in my crotch? along with normal bleeding at times, like right now i bleed like a normal period.. then at times it gets really heavy, and the color changes.. then that goes away, but comes back.... i dont know if this is normal.. but ive had it for almost 3 weeks now?? and its gotten worse.. i dont know if thats normal... or what could be wrong with me..

Have you been back to your OB-GYN to get these symptoms checked out? If not, you should. Gail

my ob's nurse said that it wasnt normal symptoms after having a baby. to get checked out by my fam. dr.. so i got ahold of my fam dr... and they said they cant take care of me, to go to the er.. bc it sounds like a retained placenta?? w/e that means..
    4oSomething responded:
it would mean that it didn't all come out and is causing infection. you should go to the ER
