Tingling Sensation in Ovary

I am experiencing a mild tingling sensation in one of my ovaries. I would think it is ovulation, but I ovulated 7-8 days ago. It is not constant and not painful. Could this perhaps mean I am pregnant?

I am having the same problem. Out of nowhere I get tingly feelings in my left ovary. What could this be??
