Pressure seems to relieve my butt pain

I wrap around my lower abdomen and buttock area very tightly with long non-stretch cloth. When tie it I make a big knot around my right butt, where pain is most severe, by twisting the ends of cloth and push the knot in between my body and the wrapped cloth to give more pressure. Along with tylenol and hot water bottle, this pressure wrap helps my menstruation butt pain.
