I found out the hard way that NUTRITION is the KEY to slowing down HEAVY 10 to 14 day periods.Drinking 40 oz. of water per day, vitamin supplements and NO JUNK.Green veggies and red meat. You have no idea how much this has helped me!!! Make sure that you have an understanding ob/gyn person also. Ladies!! If you smoke, and or indulge in TONS of sugar and salt,it's HARD to put that stuff down BUT it's your body. Some of us just arent 35 years old anymore.Things are changing on the inside as we approach menopause. My use to be HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE PMS days are under control now.I dont have to miss work anymore.Yes I take provera in small doses but meds cant stand alone. I hope you will think about what I have posted and I will be looking forward to your comments.mom7124.
