bone cold chill before period
angie_Wize posted:
im 43 but have had this reaction since my 20's, ibuprofen, or vicodin, lots of water some vitamin c, iron and b-12, will make you feel better within an hour. sometimes i get the banging headache too. i dont wait the very moment i feel cold chills, i do all of the aforementioned, beer and tea with the above mentioned helps too. and ibuprofen stops the debilitating cramps, i think the b-12 is stopping me from feeling so fatigued. this can happen 12 days b4 my cycle. also, when your period starts , on the 1st few days if you take ibuprofen, it seems to speed up the evolution of the heaviest part of the flow, meaning less cramps, makes it go faster. like to get it over with. i dont need to do it every month though, some months just drinking tea and resting with lots of lemon in the tea relieves the chills
