I had the same type of movement. I had my tubes tied 11 years ago and the movement lasted after having tubes tied, until after I had my gaul bladder removed a couple of months ago. Now no more movement, so far. I had gaul stones and they said that was wbat I wasfeeling when I pushed inand felt. Don't if this helps, but good luck.
