hi. i have dealt with the same issues discussed. i have dealt with pelvic congestion for 5 years. i just wanted to recommend going to a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic pain. in the last few months i have notices a very significant decrease in pain since i have been going to therapy. also, try eliminating caffeine from your diet for a while to see if you notice a difference.
