Hello,

Although I've just been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome, I've had symptoms for years. Two tips I've used: 1. Watch my posture sitting; leaning over to read, talk, use computer, etc. often results in pain later. 2. Thermacare menstrual heating pads often work to reduce or eliminate pain. I look forward to reading other posts as I learn more about current research and options.
