I am sorry that you are going through some hard times right now, truly given up is not the answer. Have you sat down and talked with your husband about how you feel?
Certainly the women have given you some good advise that may help your situation.
My husband had colonrectal cancer, surgery, chemo and radiation and our sex life is none existent. He's had some issue about his manhood, after sitting down with him and allowing him to express his feels and some reassuring from me has helped him. It's not the end of life and people all over the world go through tuff times. Don't give up there is hope for you just around the next bend.

We have a strong faith and belief in Jesus Christ and that has helped us get through many crisis. I encourage you to seek his guidance and direction.
