When is it appropriate to remove an IUD?
    marsriver posted:
I have had my IUD inserted after my baby was born three years ago.
When would it be suitable to have it removed? I know it is ok to have it for 5 years.

You could have it removed any time you wish; for example, if you would like to try for another pregnancy or if you would like to consider another form of birth control.
