Green Slime Smoothie

I love to make smoothies for the kids for breakfast and found that the color green along with a kid friendly title did the trick to get more leafy greens in their diet.

Green Slime:
1 ripe banana
1/2 apple (cored and chopped)
1/2 pear (cored and chopped)
1-2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup vanilla yogurt
milk or soy milk

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

That sounds mmmm good .I love kewi so maybe I will do kewi, pear, spinach leaves, green grapes, and little of sweet carrots with vanilla yogurt and slim milk. Just to give them a little more veggies. lol Great receipe.
