I prepare the brussle spouts by removeing any dicolored leaves and cuting a thin slice from the stem end and makeing a cross like cut into the stem end wash spouts then steam in steamer till tender
pour out water remove steamer basket and melt a small amount of real butter into the pan with some minced garlic saute a few minutes stiring well.. turn off heat serve as green vegie with whatever
these are yummy
