1. Cook 4 chicken legs like you would for chicken soup in pot of water bayleaf

2. take chicken out of pot and take meat off bone then add meat back to pot with 1 -2 cans of chicken stock.

3. Add 2 tsp oregano, 2tsp parsley, 1-2 tsp garlic powder or more if you like garlic, 1 tsp peprika, dash of poultry seasoning.

4. Add chopped celery, carrots, onions, and 2 bunches of cleaned greens either escrole or spinach or any greens you like.

5. 2 cans of white beans drained

6. make mini meatball and add to soup let all of this simmer for a hour and you have your wedding soup enjoy serve with grated cheese and nice bread yummy. Roberta,
