2 Large Apples, peeled or unpeeled, finely diced (I like Gala or Fuji but you can use any you like)
2 kiwi, peeled and finely diced
1 lb. strawberries, finely diced
1 bag frozen peaches, finely diced
2 Tbs. fruit preserves, any flavor (I like orange marmalade)

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Serve with cinnamon chips. Stored in a tightly sealed container, it can last several days in the fridge...but ours usually doesn't

Cinnamon Chips
Cut tortillas into triangles. Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes, watching carefully so they don't burn!
