Take 2 eggs crack and empty in a mixing bowl Puree your apples in a blender then pour the blended apples in the mixing bowl add a table spoon of cinnamon and brown sugar With a teaspoon of Honey Whip Cream Mint leaf
In a skillet melt your butter Dip the bread in the egg mixture then place the bread in the skillet Do the same with the other slice when toasted to your desire Place the french toast on a plate Add a dash of whip cream then sprinkle honey on top of the whip cream then add a mint leaf
